Sitara Lounge serves northern Indian cuisine with a contemporary twist. While their menu has all the classics like chicken biryani, lamb masala and mix kebab platter, they do also have several unusual items. These include Jalpari kebab (fish rolls stuffed with tandoori prawns) and Afgni murg (tandoori chicken stuffed with minced lamb and dried fruit. Found at Serangoon Road, Sitara Lounge also has buffet spreads for lunch and dinner, with freshly baked naan, roti and live chapatti stations.
