Food is very delicious and authentic. Ambience is serene. Service staff is attentive, pleasant, prompt and professional. The entire dining experience is pleasing. Since we can't travel to Thailand, this is the next best experience. Special thanks to Michael, Robert and the lady service staff (didn't get her name) for the great dining experience.

Bangkok Jam is simply superb. The food, the service, the value with eatigo is simply unmatched. This must have been our 10th visit. We have been to all the Bangkok jams but the great world one is our favourite and in my opinion, the best amongst them.

as usual Bangkok Jam at great world was fabulous. great food and services. the Squid ran out - that was disappointing. its my favourite item there. but that must have been because they were super busy that night. the new app based ordering is cool too. although its frustrating because every time you add an item, it refreshes the entire page. maybe hire a better IT company?

The Bangkok jam in Great World is our favourite. We go there a lot. The eatigo discount makes it so affordable. The food is amazing and the service is fantastic. They have an online ordering system now that makes the whole interaction touch-free. It’s awesome and we will be back again soon.
