The service personnel were not alert to the needs of the customers, i.e. needed to call/wave/approach them several times before we got attended. Also, had to follow up on my order of arroz caldo and lumpia, even when there were just 2 or 3 of us customers.
Otherwise, the girl at the entrance was gracious.
