We arrived at the restaurant on time. THEY REFUSED TO ACKNOWLEDGE OUR RESERVATION and their reason is that it's a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. Which is insane because EATIGO is an app that guarantees booking and reservation for the date and time you've chosen. I was told by the staff that the KOREAN OWNER is the one made this policy. The said policy is that they are ONLY ALLOWED TO ACCEPT 3 RESERVATIONS FROM EATIGO IN A DAY. And since we were fourth to arrive, they cannot allow us in and use EATIGO. IT WAS FUCKING HUMILIATING, we were with friends. THEY WOULD EVEN ARGUE WITH YOU AND INSIST THEY WERE RIGHT. I even called them a day before to confirm the reservation and details about our reservation. We went there for nothing! THIS IS A SCHEME. When you arrive, they will force you to pay for the regular price. They will tell you that it was their policy. And that they do not honor the EATIGO reservation. Anyway, this has been reported.
