Food was great. Place was cozy. Staffs were okay. The discount was good. Just that they took a very looooong time to find out how to honor the voucher, saying that they couldn't, etc. So many things said that should have been saved after they had thoroughly checked first, this was the only thing that made it so stressful. Establishment, staffs and managers should be properly oriented. Overall, it was good, I got to enjoy the discount, food and place

We want to commend all the staff at the Kidzania branch for their fantastic service, especially Ms. Kristine, the Supervisor. Our favorite Kenny branch and the best Kenny branch for us.

They were really nice. They forgot to serve one of the sides…but still completed my order after I pointed it out.
