A1 Premium is one of the newest premium chinese shabu-shabu ventures of the Vikings Group. Each table is equipped with its own electric stove to cook your favorite soups and ingredients. On offer are 6 types of soups including pork and beef, but the Szechuan is a must-try! To suit every palate, 13 sauces are available for you to choose from. Pair them with their best sellers such as the Angus beef set, the Shaoxing Beef set and the Seafood Set.

A1 Shabu Shabu is one of the best shabu-shabu restaurant in our opinion. We were treated with the freshest seafood, angus beef, veggies and numerous ingredients from dumplings to different kinds of balls (shrimp, beef, pork, beancurd). The best of all is there signature sauce (a combination of sauce and spices) which make the food even tastier. The experience of eating at A1 Shabu Shabu feels like a royal treat. We will definitely come back for our next joyous culinary delight. 👍
