What is eatigo?
eatigo is the no. 1 discounted restaurant reservation platform in South East Asia offering real-time discounts of up to 50% off the whole food bill for every restaurant, every day! No upfront costs, no credit card details, no coupons, nothing - just make your reservation, attend it and your discounts will be automatically applied to your food bill. Reserve through eatigo and you will never have to pay full price for your meals!
How do I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made on our app and website. 1. Pick your preferred restaurant 2. Select the party size, date and the time when you want to go to the restaurant. 3. The time you chose will determine the discount you are getting so play around to see what the best option for you is. 4. Fill in your personal information. 5. You will receive an email with your reservation details after confirming.
What does a reservation on eatigo really include? Is there any fine print?
1. 'x%' discount off all food items which includes starters, mains and even desserts (unless specifically stated under the 'special conditions' section) 2. Only drinks and in-house value set meals which are already discounted are not included. 3. eatigo discounts as a rule do not stack with promotions a restaurant might have which includes credit card promotions. Should an existing promotion ever be more attractive than an eatigo discount, you can choose to avail the promotion rather than the eatigo discount. Check your reservation confirmation email in any case for possible exceptions.
Is the discount limited to the items reflected in the 'recommended menu'?
No the discount is not limited to the items in the 'recommended menu'. The recommended menu is simply a suggestion from us, along with a sample breakdown of prices on the side to give you a better gauge of your expected bill.
Can I make a reservation for a group size larger than what is available on the app and website?
In the event where you would like to reserve for a group size larger than what is allowed, kindly drop us an email at support.ph@eatigo.com and we will contact the restaurant to check for availability. We are always at your service.
Can I edit/cancel my reservation after confirming?
Sure you can! There are 2 ways to do so: 1. Click on the 'edit/cancel reservation' button that can be found in your confirmation email. 2. Click into 'my reservations' in the app and edit/cancel your reservation from there. You must be a registered user to do this.
How long in advance can I cancel my reservation?
Your reservation can be cancelled up to one minute beforehand. Any later than this and you will be marked for a no show.
Why do I have to cancel my reservation instead of just not showing up?
Cancelling your reservation beforehand helps our restaurants to manage their staff & seats. Not showing up for more than 3 reservations will get your account suspended. Be kind and take a second to cancel if you cannot make it, we have made it easy. It is literally two taps.
Do I need to register with eatigo to make a reservation?
No it is not necessary to register but definitely recommended! You will have access to all your reservations and booking is made easier if you register with us.
How many reservations can I make?
The maximum number of active reservations at any time is set at 3. Concurrent reservations are not allowed.
How far in advance can I make a reservation?
1 month.
What happens if a time-slot is sold out?
A sold out time-slot means that the maximum number of seats for that time-slot has been fully reserved. However, there are always cancellations and users do reschedule occasionally, so do continue to check back for the latest updates on your favourite restaurants!
Do I need to provide my credit card info at any point?
No, never! There is no upfront payment, just a reservation. You pay normally at the restaurant after eating.
Do I need to print the confirmation email out?
Nope, but it's always a good idea to keep the email notification in case of any confusion at the restaurant.
Do eatigo allow cross country reservations?
Of course we do! If you are going on a holiday to a country where eatigo is present, you can always plan out your dining spots and make those reservations in advance.
Can I make a reservation with a foreign phone number? If yes, how?
Yes you can! Simply replace the default country code with your local country code, followed by your mobile number.
What happens if I arrive early/late for my reservation?
As eatigo offers time-based discounts, punctuality is important. Based on our Terms of Use, your reservations are guaranteed within 15 minutes of your reservation time. Any time before or beyond 15 minutes, our restaurant partners have the right to ask you to wait or reject your reservation. However if they do accept you, they are required to honour the discount that you have reserved for.
I made a reservation and arrived at the restaurant at the correct time but the restaurant is refusing to accept me and/or give me the agreed discount. What do I do?
This should never happen. In the unlikely event it does, please email us at support.ph@eatigo.com or contact us via live chat and we will try to resolve the situation for you right away.
How do I key in a promo code?
First you will need to register or login to your account with us. Second you simply key in the promo code in the marked field on any restaurant screen/page. Assuming your reservation criteria, primarily the number of people, meet the promo code requirements then you will see that your promo code has been successfully entered. From there just attend your booking in order to qualify for the reward.
How do I claim my prize after attending my reservation?
You will receive a follow-up claim prize email within 24 hours after attending your reservation. Please do check your spam folder as well.
How can I review a restaurant?
You will receive a follow-up review email within 24 hours after attending your reservation. You can rate your dining experience on a scale of 1 (very bad) to 5 (excellent) stars, or even leave a comment to share your experience further.
How can I change the language?
You can switch between languages in the Settings section on mobile apps and on our mobile website. On our desktop website you will be able to do this on the top right corner of the web page. Please keep in mind not all languages are supported, we do our best to support the most common languages in each of our cities.
How can I view restaurants in other cities & countries?
You can switch cities & countries at the very top of our mobile apps and websites, there is a drop-down menu with all the cities we support.
Where can I view/update my personal details?
You must first register or log in to your account with us before you can access your profile. 'My profile' is located in the menu on our mobile apps and mobile website and at the very top of our desktop website.
Why is my account suspended? Can it be reactivated?
If you received a notification informing you that your account was suspended or you tried to make a booking and you received an alert saying the same then your account has been suspended due to too many no-shows. Our goal is to protect our restaurants as no-shows cost them revenue. We also want to ensure that we maintain a wide selection of restaurants for our users. For these reasons we monitor user behaviour closely and must take action in some cases. If your account has been suspended and you believe it was done so in error or if you choose to dispute a suspension you should contact our customer support team at support.ph@eatigo.com.
How do I delete my account?

How does the eatigo market work?
1. Buy: Snap up your desired Food deal by clicking on the “Buy Now!” button to purchase a Food deal from one of the merchant partners. Food deals are valid for either specific date or for the duration specified at in the deal details. 2. Redeem: Your purchased Food deals will be available in the “my deals” section on your eatigo market account. Redeeming the Food deal can be done on the chosen date or during redemption period of the deal, it is available for you anytime (except during the exclusion windows if stated). Redemption of the Food deal occurs only at the counter via two methods: 1) scanning a QR code sticker or 2) allowing the merchant to enter their PIN code. 3. No printout required: Show the confirmation page on your mobile app to the merchant once the Food deal has been redeemed. I like a Food deal being displayed - how do I get it?
Shopping at eatigo market is very easy. Just follow these steps: 1. Click on the Food deal that you like and read the redemption instruction and fine print thoroughly as it contains important deal information (e.g. the terms of use and the exclusion window). 2. If you wish to purchase the Food deal, select the date and click ‘Buy Now’. Please note that the Food deal might not be available anymore if the daily capacity limit has been reached. 3. Log in to your account and enter your details. 4. Check that all information is correct and click on "confirm & pay”. 5. Go to check-out and enter your payment details.
What happens after I purchased a Food deal?
Purchased deals can be found in the “My Deals” section of the eatigo market. Depending on the condition of the deal shown, redemption can take place either during the specified time period or on the chosen date. Additionally, the deal must be redeemed any time except during the excluded time of day.
Can I buy a Food deal as a gift?
No! For the moment, Food deals can only be bought for yourself and can only be redeemed via the account of the user who bought the Food deal.
What if I realize I cannot redeem the Food deal on the day chosen
If you cannot redeem the Food deal on the day you chose when you purchased the Food deal, you can change the redemption day of the deal for a maximum of two times. You can however only make changes before the original deal redemption day. No refunds will be given if the deal redemption day is missed.
I forgot to redeem my Food deal on the chosen date and it expired?
Only food deals that are valid for a specific date can be rescheduled up to 2 times after purchase. Once a deal is expired, changes will not be entertained nor refunds given.
Can I get a refund?
No, there are no refunds on the eatigo market.

Do I need to print my Food deal?
The Food deal can only be redeemed via your mobile phone and needs internet connection for redemption. No printout required.
Can I purchase the Food deal directly at the merchant?
No, the food Deal has to be purchased on the Eatigo app via the provided payment options. You can however choose to buy additional items directly with the merchant.
Can I purchase several Food deals at the same time?
Yes, as long as it is the same Food deal, you can buy several at the same time (they also need to be redeemed at the same time). If you want to buy different Food deals, you need to do so via separate transactions.
