HQ Juice Bar & Quick Bites @ Matina Town Square
We are an ovo-lacto vegetarian restaurant-bar. At HQ, our food are thoughtfully prepared from scratch. Even our vegan dips, catsup and shawarma sauces are handmade daily. Our dishes are made mostly with produce harvested locally and are from vegetables, fruits, nuts, legumes, seeds and whole grains. We make our own cashew nutmylk or coconut mylk. We only use wholewheat flour in all our pizzas and baked goods. Most of the egg & cheese toppings can be omitted completely for vegan-friendly dishes. We are inspired by the flavors of the world in celebrating just having more vegetables on our plates. We do not use vetsin, MSG, fish/oyster sauces and the like. Some vegetable and fruit ingredients may not be in season nor available, so we substitute for what is on hand and fitting. We grow our own Lacinato Kale, Turmeric, Blue Ternate, Spring Onions, Chives, Oregano and most herbs in a natural way using organic inputs and compost. We plan to add more crops when we can.
