Most of us are reluctant to dine & chill out in a resto bar lately due to covid-19 but I highly recommend Highlights Bar @ Harold's Hotel. It has an outdoor space and open air area where you can enjoy the food or have a chitchat with family and friends. Service crew were courteous and wears facemask properly which is very important this days specially in handling food.
