Coral at the famed Jpark Island Resort and Spa in Cebu is a treasure throve of everything delicious from the sea. Set before a spectacular view, Coral serves the freshest catch as well as Mediterranean cuisine. Star of the menu is their seafood platter filled with fish, prawns, squid and mussles drizzled with tomato salsa and garnished with greens. They also serve Sea Urchin Carbonara, Chili Crabs and their own style of Chinese mantou. They also have a couple of meat dishes like the Beef Hanging Tender Medallion.
