A Japanese-inspired name that means ‘Savoury Bowl’—is poised to bring you the best halal Ramen experience in Malaysia. Staying true to our group philosophy of slow cooking, our ramen broth is cooked for 10 hours to allow the savoury goodness from the bbq meats to be fully infused into the broth. We also use excess cow parts in the broth to minimise wastage, which helps enhance the full-flavour goodness. An exciting new F&B offering by the Beard Brothers group, Umami Boru is part of the group’s expansion to create more accessible and authentic halal alternatives of world cuisine. Umami Boru will be available via accessible venues such as pop-up cafes and street food outlets in Klang Valley.
