Symphony takes inspiration from dishes around the world and harmoniously blends it into a unique dining experience. The restaurant is helmed by chef Jo, known widely as the host of MasterChef Malaysia. Among their signatures here are the Crispy Marmite Chicken Pitzaal, deep-fried lamb ribs and Chilean black mussels, which comes served with spicy turmeric sauce.
