Meat Cartel BBQ serves American style barbecue where our meat are smoked using local wood in a low and slow method of cooking. Our brisket and lamb typically takes about 12 hours to smoke while our chicken takes about 3 hours. The outcome is aromatic and tender meats. Come early because if it runs out, then you’ll have to get your fix the next day!
