Chef Gary has been in the Food & Beverage industry for more than 20 years. He used to worked in one of the biggest seafood restaurant in Batu Ferringhi, Penang & Langkawi. Also managing a F&B industry in one of the 5 star hotels located in Orchard Road in Singapore, earning a revenue of more than $75 million a year. His passion for food has made him decided to bring creative and special dishes to Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur.
