Staff there were not helpful or understanding, they just turned us away saying they did not accept Eatigo for that day. They refused to listen or even look at our booking nor call management to escalate. Reservation was made and we got there on time, only to be told there was no chef on duty! We did not book last minute, hence they had ample time to call us if they were unable to accept our reservation instead of making us drive through traffic and pay for parking.
