The staff, Jeff was very helpful and friendly. I have RM20 BOOKNOW voucher but the cashier didn't key in so she called Jeff. He was patiently helping me and calling the person who knows about the voucher. He apologized to me because he said first time with discount voucher. I was very happy with his service and his smiling face. Jeff, THANK YOU.
