經理Coco是一個非常細心的經理，今日約了朋友為她慶生，由於她臨時加班，我只好在店外等她，親切的Coco，見我在等，確認我的訂位後，便請我入座再等朋友，在等待朋友時，由於餐廳非常熱鬧，所以我帶着headset 邊聽音樂邊等待朋友到來，Coco走到我旁邊，輕輕向我說，餐廳較入位置，剛有客人離座，問我欲想換枱並稱注意到我較怕熱鬧，而餐廳較入位置，亦可以給我和好友細細詳談。 誰說香港沒有高質素的服務，謝謝Coco,謝謝Royal Inn給我和朋友有一個wonderful night
