- All reservations made through the platform portal are on a booking basis only. No combining of tables and no splitting or combining of checks during settlement.
- Guests should make all edits directly through the platform's website or app only, including changing the number of persons and cancellations. The restaurant will not be able to edit on behalf of guests.
- Seating arrangement is on a first-come, first-served basis. You may need to wait during peak hours.
- For bookings with 5 persons and above, the restaurant will be collecting a minimum of 50% deposit to secure the seats prior to the dining date. The restaurant reserves the right to cancel the reservation should the customer fail to make the deposit beforehand.
- The merchant will contact the guest after the reservation has been made to collect the deposit.
- Customers must make reservations according to arrival time. Strictly no early arrival. Seats are guaranteed for 30 minutes only.
