As Hong Kong’s iconic Nordic restaurant, FINDS is an acronym for the Nordic countries – Finland, Iceland, Norway, Denmark and Sweden, and carries a distinct Nordic culture in the bustling heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. The majority of the seasonal ingredients are imported directly from Northern Europe, complemented with original Nordic cooking techniques such as smoking, curing, pickling and fermenting, offering the true and delicate flavours.

Start your lazy holiday with a sumptuous Nordic brunch! FINDS, a Nordic restaurant, is offering a Nordic brunch featuring chef-selected fresh organic ingredients and an all-you-can-eat selection of fresh appetizers, allowing you to savor the unique flavors of the Nordic region.
Paying tribute to the traditional birdcage production technique, recognised as a Hong Kong Intangible Cultural Heritage since 2014, the visual centrepiece of the afternoon tea is a bespoke stand named “Pesä” (meaning “nest” in Finnish). Inspired by “PAVO”, a bamboo console table handcrafted by award-winning designer Dylan Kwok, this striking art piece elegantly captures the monolithic dome structure of traditional Chinese birdcages, celebrating the unique pliability of bamboo.
Available from 7 July 2026 until 30 September between 3pm to 5:30pm daily.

FINDS located at the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. Staffs with great passion and very friendly. They explained everything in details and served with heart. Food and drinks were all superb and the presentation is gorgeous! Will definitely recommend to all my friends and see you soon!

餐廳充滿北歐風格裝飾，很有特色，食物質素跟價錢也成正比。 食物為芬蘭味道，黃麖柳做得十分出色，疫情下沒有機會去旅行，這是十分不錯的選擇去嚐異國情調。
