Set inside Quayside in Kwun Tong, Flames is a casual European and Australian restaurant. What began with the founders’ Australian background and familiarity with rotisserie chicken has since evolved into a contemporary casual dining spot, with roast chicken at the centre of the menu alongside salads, steaks, drinks and house-made desserts.
