Tiger Trail is literally all about the tiger trail of the North. During the British Raj, hunters often used to trail tigers from Kanha and Bandhavgarh in Madhya Pradesh all the way up to what’s today known as the Jim Corbett National Park. The cuisines of all these lands appear in all their richness at Bangalore’s Tiger Trail. The restaurant is located in one of Bengaluru’s oldest hotels, the Ramada, and has a sort of regal aura about it. The food, although termed as North Indian, is comprised of many different flavors. The Lucknowi meat dishes especially stand out because finding that kind of unmistakable juicy-meaty-Lucknowi taste in Bangalore is sure a delight. The staff is polite and it’s sure a delightful experience to interact with these people. And yes, if you’re still wondering about the ambiance, let’s just say, this is a jungle resort right in the middle of the city. Go, hit it!
