Chillis generally make us think of all the Chinese food in the world, but this one’s quite different in that regard. The Yellow Chilli is Bengaluru’s dearest place for North Indian food and biryanis in general. The staff is so polite and well-mannered, you’d feel like royalty when you grab a seat here. And while everything else about the place leaves us breathless, it’s worth a visit even if you aren’t really hungry, just to experience this kind of royal treatment. Their ambiance is lovely and doesn’t go too gaudy on the eye. When it comes to food…. Well, well, well. The restaurant is the brainchild of celebrity chef Sanjeev Kapoor, and we don’t think we need to say more to imbibe the awesomeness of the food here. Their biryanis and galouti kebabs have been winning hearts all over Bengaluru and if yours is still unconquered, it’s time you hit em’ up for your maiden dinner!
