  • What is eatigo?
    eatigo is the no. 1 discounted restaurant reservations platform in South East Asia offering real-time discounts of up to 50% off the whole food bill for every restaurant, every day! No upfront costs, no credit card details, no coupons, nothing – just make your reservation, attend it and your discounts will be automatically applied to your food bill. Reserve through eatigo and you will never have to pay full price for your meals!
  • How do I make a reservation?
    Reservations can be made on our app and website.
    1. Pick your preferred restaurant.
    2. Select the party size, date and the time when you want to go to the restaurant.
    3. The time you chose will determine the discount you are getting so play around to see what the best option for you is.
    4. Fill in your personal information.
    5. You will receive an email & SMS with your reservation details after confirming.
  • What does a reservation on eatigo really include? Is there any fine print?
    1. ‘x%’ discount off all food items which includes starters, mains and even desserts (unless specifically stated under the ‘special conditions’ section)
    2. Only drinks and in-house value set meals which are already discounted are not included.
    3. Eatigo discounts as a rule do not stack with promotions a restaurant might have which includes credit card promotions. Should an existing promotion ever be more attractive than an eatigo discount, you can choose to avail of the promotion rather than the eatigo discount.

    Check your reservation confirmation email in any case for possible exceptions.
  • Is the discount limited to the items reflected in the ‘recommended menu’?
    No, the discount is not limited to the items in the ‘recommended menu’. The recommended menu is simply a suggestion from us, along with a sample breakdown of prices on the side to give you a better gauge of your expected bill.
  • Can I make a reservation for a group size larger than what is available?
    In the event where you would like to reserve for a group size larger than what is allowed, kindly drop us an email at support@eatigo.com and we will contact the restaurant to check for availability. We are always at your service.
  • Can I edit/cancel my reservation after confirming?
    Sure you can! There are 2 ways to do so:
    1. Click on the ‘edit/cancel reservation’ button that can be found in your confirmation email.
    2. Click into ‘my reservations’ in the app and edit/cancel your reservation from there.
  • How long in advance can I cancel my reservation?
    Your reservation can be cancelled at any time before your actual reservation time.
  • Why do I have to cancel my reservation instead of just not showing up?
    Cancelling your reservation beforehand helps our restaurants to manage their staff & seats. Not showing up for more than 3 reservations will get your account suspended. Be kind and take a second to cancel if you cannot make it, we have made it easy, it is literally just two taps.
  • Do I need to register with eatigo to make a reservation?
    Not necessary but definitely recommended! Your account allows you to make and keep track of all your reservations without having to validate your contact details repeatedly.
  • How many reservations can I make?
    The maximum number of active reservations at any time is set at 3. Concurrent reservations are disallowed.
  • How long in advance can I make a reservation?
    1 month.
  • What happens if a time-slot is sold out?
    A sold out slot means that the maximum number of seats for that time slot has been fully reserved. However, there are always cancellations and reschedules so do continue to check back for the latest updates on your favourite restaurants!
  • Do I need to provide my credit card info at any point?
    No, never! There is no upfront payment, just a reservation. You pay normally at the restaurant after eating.
  • Do I need to print the confirmation email out?
    Nope, but it’s always a good idea to keep the email/sms notification in case of any confusion at the restaurant.
  • Do eatigo allow cross country reservations?
    Of course we do! If you are going on a holiday to a country where eatigo is present, you can always plan out your dining spots and make those reservations in advance.
  • Can I make a reservation with a foreign phone number? If yes, how?
    Yes you can! Simply replace the default country code with your local country code, followed by your mobile number.
  • What happens if I arrive early/late for my reservation?
    As eatigo offers time-based discounts, punctuality is important for us. Based on our T&Cs, your reservations are guaranteed within 30 minutes of your reservation time. Any time before or beyond 30 minutes, our restaurant partners have the right to ask you to wait or reject your reservation. However if they do accept you, they are required to honour the discount that you have reserved for.
  • I made a reservation and arrived at the restaurant at the correct time but the restaurant is refusing to accept me and/or give me the agreed discount!
    This should never happen. In the unlikely event it does, please inform us via phone or email and we will try to resolve the situation for you right away.
  • How do I key in a promo code?

    Kindly update your app if you are unable to see the promo code entry-field.
  • How do I claim my prize after attending my reservation?
    You will receive a follow-up claim prize email within 24hrs after your reservation. Please do check your spam mail as well.
  • How can I review a restaurant?
    You will receive a follow-up feedback email 24 hours after attending your reservation. You can rate your dining experience on a scale of 1 (very bad) to 5 (excellent), or even leave a comment to share your experience with us.
  • How can I change the language? (TH only)
    Mobile app - Switch between languages simply by changing the language at Settings.

    Website - On the right corner of the top menu bar, there is an option to switch between Thai and English.
  • How can I view restaurants in other countries?
    Mobile app – Choose between our restaurant partners located in Singapore, Bangkok or Pattaya by selecting the different cities in the drop down list located at the top right corner of the navigation bar.

  • Can I change the audio sound of the in app notifications and where?
    Sure you can! Change between ‘none’, ‘phone default’ and ‘eatigo sound’ under notification sound at Settings.
  • Where can I view/update my personal details?
    Mobile app – You can view or update your personal particulars under ‘my profile’ which can be found by clicking into ‘more’.

    Website – The option to ‘edit profile & settings’ can be found by clicking on your profile picture located at the top menu bar.
