Good Victoria Harbour view. Recommend open for walk in rather than reserved for those "unknown, maybe, vip" 90% sure no such recapped guests during our stay or even the time we leave. Food was good, but an unfriendly house rule(known it the time almost we leave) which minimum 1 drink per head. That is ridiculous. Our bill were $8xx for 2 persons, I don't thik it can't be covered. Or else suggest say drink ms rules should be applied if the total lum sum reach a certain amount.
