Yummy Delight was established in 2004, mainly promoting Japan's famous hand-made Sanuki Udon and Japanese pearl rice. So far, it has established branches in Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories. The interior of the store is full of Japanese flavors, and the elegant tables, chairs and Japanese-style furnishings allow guests to enjoy authentic Japanese food comfortably. Yummy Delight uses hand-made udon that is airlifted to Hong Kong from Japan and is paired with different soup bases, such as katsuobushi, tomato and black bean soup base, to bring out different special styles and flavors.
