Taste of Chuān & Yuè situated at V Point in Causeway Bay will take you through time and space to taste the traditional six flavors of Sichuan. The simple and elegant setting, accompanied by floor-to-ceiling glass window, gives you a panoramic view of Victoria Harbour while enjoying a flavourful tasting journey. The restaurant is headed by the Sichuan chef who has been cooking for 13 years, and adheres to traditional Sichuan cooking method. With complicated procedures, he presents authentic Sichuan dishes such as Spicy Sichuan Style Mandarin Fish. Featuring a myriad of spices, chili, pepper, and bean paste, it offers a one of a kind gastonomic tasting experience which take on a more fragrant complexity rather than being overly fiery. Chef Gu also introduces new dishes from time to time to bring out new flavors from the Sichuan cuisine.
