Fivelements Habitat Sakti Elixir is a plant-based all-day eatery conveniently located within the relaxing atmosphere of Fivelements Habitat, Times Square. Headed by Fivelements Culinary Curator Chef Arnaud Hauchon, who also oversees the award-winning fine dining Sakti Dining Room at the brand’s flagship Fivelements Retreat Bali, our dedicated team prepares a fresh, creative and nourishing farm-to-table cuisine. Our vegan-friendly menus are entirely free from animal products (with the exception of honey), gluten or refined ingredients. We let the seasons and our local farmers dictate and influence our menus. In our commitment to respect the environment, we support organic, sustainable agriculture and select environmentally-friendly materials and products from local suppliers. Our aim is to propose our freshest, healthiest and most comforting cuisine in the most attentive and caring fashion. In lieu of beverages, Sakti Elixir offers an extensive menu of fresh juices, smoothies and hot drinks, as well as a highly refined organic tea menu, which has been expertly curated with farmers from China, Japan and Taiwan.
