Originating in Taipei, Quan Alley opens its first offshore branch at Ocean Terminal in Harbour City. Being famous for elevating the hot pot experience into a culinary art form through an emphasis on visuals and aesthetics in addition to Taiwanese flavours, Quan Alley reinterpret the traditional hot pot culture and bring the hot pot dining scene in Hong Kong to new heights. Featuring vintage Chinese wooden furniture pieces and floral wall treatments, as well as a breathtaking paranomic view of the Victoria Harbour, the dining environment alone is impressive. While ingredients are plated to look akin to art pieces, such as a rose-like pork neck or a vegetable platter arranged as floral art, other innovative dishes such as minced shrimp in lollipop shape or nougat like chicken cartilage are going to surpise you from plate to palate.
