On arrival we were told that the Chef was not present so we have to wait. No apology and no offer of a drink. When we asked about happy hour we were told we were not eligible. We suggested separating the drink and food bills but that was declined. Your listing doesn't state that happy hour does not apply. We ordered two main courses and the waitress never repeated the order and as it turns out forgot one of the dishes. The food was very disappointing. This place is not as good as before.
