Following several stints in Michelin-starred restaurants, including the three-starred L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon, chef Esther Sham has started Maison ES, her first full-fledged restaurant venture. This laidback, garden-themed French restaurant along Admiralty’s Star Street serves signatures like trumpet crusted lamb rack, seared genmaicha smoked baby blood duck breast and Alaskan king crab meat. As with all French restaurants, Maison ES has an extensive wine list, taken from France’s finest vineyards.
