Lung Dim Sum adheres to the brand concept of "craftsmanship and traditional innovation" to create a new interpretation of Chinese dim sum. Every process, ingredient, and formula has been continuously improved and innovated by an experienced R&D team based on traditional techniques to create creative snacks with complete "color, aroma, taste, shape, and meaning." After more than eight months of research and development, we have carefully selected 40 signature dim sum dishes from over 100 options to introduce to our customers. Originally established in the 1950s as one of Hong Kong's first major industrial areas, it was home to numerous factories and manufacturing plants. As the city's economic landscape shifted, many of these industrial facilities were replaced by commercial buildings, modern office towers, and creative spaces, leading to Kwun Tong's rebirth as a vibrant business and cultural hub.
