Description
Dim sum is the representative of Hong Kong’s traditional food culture. Shrimp dumplings, siu mai and barbecued pork buns have all grown up with us.
Lung Dim Sum adheres to the brand concept of "craftsmanship and traditional innovation" to create a new interpretation of Chinese dim sum.
Every process, ingredient, and formula has been continuously improved and innovated by an experienced R&D team based on traditional techniques to create creative snacks with complete "color, aroma, taste, shape, and meaning."
Dim sum is a true representation of Hong Kong's traditional food culture. Classics like har gow (shrimp dumplings), siu mai (pork dumplings), and char siu bao (barbecue pork buns) have been a part of our lives growing up. However, as times change, so does tradition. The founders of Lung Dim Sum believe that innovation and development should not be limited to technology—dim sum culture can also be reinvented!
Through modern and creative dim sum, Lung Dim Sum aims to preserve classic flavors while introducing new ingredients, innovative tastes, and refined craftsmanship, creating a unique connection between the old and the new.
The phrase "Taking time to drink tea" symbolizes the connection between people. Lung Dim Sum hopes to serve as a bridge, bringing together family, friends, old acquaintances, and business partners, adding warmth to life and creating unforgettable memories through the joy of dim sum.

As the city's economic landscape shifted, many of these industrial facilities were replaced by commercial buildings, modern office towers, and creative spaces, leading to Kwun Tong's rebirth as a vibrant business and cultural hub.
Kwun Tong has a well-established transportation network, with Kwun Tong MTR Station serving as a key transit hub on the Kwun Tong Line. The district is also easily accessible via major roads, including Kwun Tong Road, the Eastern Harbour Crossing, and the Tseung Kwan O Tunnel, providing seamless connectivity to various parts of Hong Kong.
