The restaurant uses beef cuts and chorizos imported from Argentina, which more flavoursome and contain higher mineral levels. Signature here are the beef sirloin steak (from $238) and grilled beef tenderloin ($358). Awarded Tatler HK’s Best Restaurant from 2004 to 2009.

The service was good. But the food was not good. The steak was in particular bad, not the cooking but the quality. The desert was in bad quality too. The lamb rack was good.
