Fu Tung is founded by Yong-Chun Lin, the apprentice of chef Koon-Yat Yeung, who is a member of the reputable Le Club des Chefs. Chef Yeung has now imparted his knowledge at Causeway Bay Plaza’s Fu Tung Seafood Restaurant, serving top Cantonese cuisine like honey-glazed barbecue pork, braised goose in abalone sauce with mushroom and stewed oxtail in red wine. Given his past training and experience, diners will certainly not be disappointed.
