Nestled in a commercial building in Mongkok’s Shan Tung Street is Day and Nite by Master Kama, a Japanese and Western diner. There are two menus, one each during the day and night. Thankfully, you don’t have to come in at a specific time to enjoy their signature lobster dishes, such as lobster mac n cheese ($208), lobster roll ($188) and grilled lobster ($208). The restaurant also offers a variety of desserts, including made-to-order soufflés ($68).
