Located on Nathan Road in Yau Ma Tei, Cuisine de Hunan is dedicated to present the authentic Hunan flavors, and offers a feast of spices. Decorated in a traditional Chinese style, with antique wooden seats and window frames, and colour lanterns, it creates a classic dining environment that brings you back in time. The young Hunanese chef is determined to preserve the traditional cooking techniques from his hometown. He insisted on using only fresh ingedients and imported different spices and chillies from Hunan to create dishes such as Fish in Soy Milk, Crispy Vanilla Chicken, Sliced Fish with Sour Preserved Vegetables and Wild Freshwater 'Wood Milk' Fish. Leading customers to embark on a unique journey of Hunan flavor, and appreciating the tantalising essence of Hunan spices.
