淳吟居酒屋 Jyungin

Jyungin, located in Sapporo, Hokkaido, is a very popular Japanese izakaya in the area. Yohei Matsumoto has spent many years working on it, and Jyungin has won the local reputation. The Japanese owner Yohei Matsumoto has traveled to more than 20 countries and has a wealth of knowledge of multinational cuisine, so the dishes he creates have a variety of international flavors. Master Matsumoto and Elmas Lou, a Hong Kong shopkeeper, met when they went to Japan to study in the early years, so Elmas invited Mr. Matsumoto to cooperate with him to operate in Hong Kong.
