One of the dish we ordered, the grilled halibut, has very pronounced bitterness throughout the base of it that is resting on the banana leaf, which tastes like bile as we have tasted halibut fish before. The staff insists that this kind of fish has this kind of bitterness and suggests to take some sauces from the counter to cover up the bitterness.
