This was our first time dining here. The place is cozy and relaxing, and the food was good. Unfortunately, the service didn't match the quality we expected. The staff rarely checked on our table, so we had to call their attention whenever we needed something, even for water refills. We were also celebrating my sister's graduation and requested a complimentary cake, but we had to follow up with three different servers before it was finally served. For a 5-star hotel, I expected much better service. After reading the Google Reviews, I realized we weren't the only ones who had a similar experience. I just wish I had checked them before visiting.
