We ordered the Sinuglaw ni Tsong, Crispy Bagnet Kare-Kare, and Dinakdakan. The food didn’t take long to arrive, and the serving sizes were surprisingly big, good enough for three hungry people. Sinuglaw: Perfectly grilled pork belly in a sweet soy vinegar sauce, with generous onions and green chilis. I imagine they use the same sauce for their tokwa’t baboy. This was my favorite among the three. Dinakdakan: It was okay, but the serving seemed to be about 80% pork liver, which isn’t ideal if you’re trying to limit innards. It would have been better if they used maskara, though the seasoning was spot on for me. Kare-Kare: A bit too starchy (imagine cold lumpy lumpia sauce) and slightly sweet for my taste, although it came with generous portions of crispy bagnet and vegetables. The peanut flavor didn’t really stand out, and the bagoong wasn’t anything special. This was my least favorite. The service was good. The staff were proactive and courteous even though we dined late. They were attentive and refilled our water without being asked, which was a big plus. Parking is very limited, so we had to park at the corner of the street. We also didn’t get to enjoy the karaoke due to technical issues. Overall, we’d still come back to try their other dishes.

Food is great! piyanggang manok is delicious, a must try, indeed. Pork sisig and inihaw na bangus surprisingly taste a lot better than other restaurants. Staff are friendly and welcoming. I'll be back on a Friday night when they have accoustic performer or a DJ to try their chicken pastil and have some beer! btw, guests can use their videoke and sing to their heart's content. parking is limited though. overall, it's an unassuming little lounge bar with great food, decent sound system, and friendly staff. a perfect simple place to dine, drink, enjoy and unwind.
