Corner residential home turned into a cozy neighborhood coffee house/ restaurant hidden amongst the busy streets of Bangkal, Makati. Plus factor is their cold AC! They have a thick menu with diverse food and beverage options. Baby Back Ribs with Mashed Potatoes was tender and savory. Was intrigued by Sea Salt Tibuok Latte when I read on their menu that Salt Tibuok is the rarest salt in the world. This coffee concoction reminds me of Vietnamese Salt Coffee. It came in a big wide cup with balanced flavors of the strong punch of coffee, sweetness of caramel and saltiness of the Tibuok. Lakbay Lasa is off to a good start. For improvement, food and coffee must be served hotter. Plus please have hot sauce or Tabasco in your pantry since some diners might prefer to mitigate the sweetish flavor with some spice. Will come back.
