The food was delicious and service was efficient. The manager Khun Pla came to check on me and I mentioned that one of the staff seemed stressed and was curt with me. Khun Pla took the time to listen actively and was appreciative of my feedback. Her service recovery and attentiveness is the reason I’d visit the Grand Hyatt hotel. Thank you Khun Pla. Ps: The staff who was curt was very hardworking so I can appreciate she was just stressed. The ambience is nice … just one feedback the restaurant is so dark that I couldn’t read the menu.

今次一行二人，經Eatigo訂位食物有半價，下午茶時段惠顧。點了蟹肉蛋餅、海鮮冬蔭功湯、芒果糯米飯，由於飲品沒半價，餐廳不會提供免費清水，只點了椰青share。蟹肉蛋餅賣相不錯，但只食到蛋味。海鮮冬蔭功湯賣相不好，湯料有兩隻去殼蝦、少少魚肉、一些魷魚和菇、一些香茅，湯料份量不多，跟餐牌圖示有點落差，好彩湯底好味。芒果糯米飯和椰青都正常。抱著試下Hyatt餐廳的心態，不妨一試。

The food was just OK, but nothing special. Portions are small. First they calculate service charge and than deduct the discount which is a bit strange. Water was filtered. Service was very slow. Did not meet the expectations.
