they managed to still accomodate us, even lagpas na ang reservation time, traffic kasi at maulan, salamat naenjoy naman namin ang food nio :)

Good Environment. Siguro mag lagay lang po sila ng Staff sa labas para mag claim ng mga nagamit na plates para hindi po sya maipon sa table habang di pa tapos yung oras ng kumakain 😊

Short story: We booked 10 Plates along Tomas Morato for 7:30 PM, but arrived early around 6:30Pm. The staff warmly welcomed us and set everything up right away, even though it wasn’t our scheduled time yet. When we walked in, the place was so nice and the ambiance was giving “private dinner” feels 🥰

We enjoyed eating at 10 Plates. Crew is attentive and magalang. Will eat tgere again. Price is reasonable esp with the 50% off.

Service was okay could improve a little better but food was super cold and salty. Limited option, pricey for the selection offered.

I can say na will definitely not going back, sa food so - so lang, its better to book sa eatigo,pra ung expectation mo sa food ay hindi masyado since cheaper ang bbayaran mo kesa sa regular rate nila if walked in ka. Dont expect po na may seafood such as hipon or sashimi mga ganern, ang seafood nila is tahong lang. Just want to share our experience when we dine last night.. Our booking slot was for lunch, nkalagay sa app that 4pm -9pm ang start ng dinner time nila, we arrived 6:45pm, expecting that we can go inside and dine na, However the branch supervisor told us that hindi pa kami pwede kumain and we have to wait for 8pm to start dinner, and she also said 8-9pm lang dinner time nila, nakiusap ako bout it and she agreed na, "ok you can have the buffet by 7:30, because mahigpit ang time ni Eatigo". Which is I dont think is not true, it depends padin siguro sa discretion ng manager or ng restaurant dahil we also tried different buffet resto via Eatigo and hindi naman ganito yung experience. For the staff and servers - They were kind, if mag request ka to replenish ng ibang meat na wala na sa lalagyan, they filled it. Billing - Ito na, nakaka loka ang supervisor, We dine for 8pax and sa eatigo 374 lang since 50% ang kinuha namin, but when I'm about to settle the bill, I was shocked when she said that 399 daw per head since 799 regular rate, so I disputed it and asked her bakit hindi ang rate ni eatigo ang pina-follow niya to compute the total charges? since and price ni eatigo is 374 only. I asked her to check the app and after few minutes of discussion, sinunod nya din ang rate ni eatigo. I actually told her as well, ano pa ang sense na nag book ako sa eatigo kung hindi nila sinusunod ang rate na nakalagay sa application. Thankfully, she followed and complied sa price ni eatigo. This is just my honest review, based on my experienced. Please no bashing.
