Bangkok’s EmSphere welcomes Sabio, the renowned Spanish tapas bar from Singapore, bringing a lively new hangout to the heart of Sukhumvit at EM Wonder, 5th floor. Blending the spirited culture of Spain with local Thai flavors, Sabio offers classic and creative tapas in a relaxed, vibrant setting.
The 160-sqm venue seats up to 80 guests and features bold red interiors, eye-catching art installations including a 2-meter zebra and golden horse and an open kitchen that adds energy to the space.
Signature dishes include Jamon Croquetas, Razor Clams, Gambas, and the must-try Sabio Paella, alongside premium selections like Hand-Sliced Jamon Bellota and Roasted Bone Marrow with Beef Tartar. Daily fresh seafood specials.
