FireBird is a restaurant embodying the "food-and-sake pairing" culinary culture of a Japanese izakaya. Every detail, from ingredient selection to preparation, is meticulously handled, with the entire establishment using imported Japanese chicken, eggs, rice, and Japanese A4 Wagyu. They also select high-quality ingredients for a variety of seasonal seafood sashimi and other dishes, developing eye-catching, unique, and creative cuisine.
