We would like to commend Alex, our sever. She was kind and very attentive to our needs. She's all smiles and treated at well. Just wish that the staff who has the key to open the store shall come early as we waited outside for 20 mins including the other staff because the restaurant the was locked.

I recently made a reservation at Nihonkai (Taguig branch) using Eatigo and availed of the 50% discount promo. While the food, as always, was excellent, the service particularly from your senior attendant was very disappointing. From the moment we were seated, we felt like we didn’t deserve to be there just because we used the discount. The senior staff member was noticeably unpleasant, even showing attitude by sighing and making unnecessary noise (nagdadabog). The worst part was when a bug, that looked like a cockroach, ended up in my mango drink. Instead of apologizing, she simply took the glass and walked it back to the kitchen without a word. I’ve been a regular customer for years, and I even remember this same senior attendant from previous visits. But I never felt this kind of treatment during any of my previous visits. If your team cannot provide respectful service to patrons who avail of your promos, then perhaps it’s time to reconsider offering those promos. It’s extremely disappointing to feel like you’re being treated poorly just because of a discount you’re officially promoting. I hope this is taken seriously. Good food deserves equally good service.
