The cuts of meat were coated in salt. I did not manage to try certain items such as Garlic Bread too. At around 1 hour into the buffet, my plate was empty for quite some time as the meat servers skipped my table a few times, despite having the green sign up. The manager was kind enough to ask me if there were any specific items from the buffet I would like to have. But that took another 15 mins to arrive. He also mentioned it was the 'last serving' of meat for me because it was 15mins to the time limit-but this is a buffet right? So for a good while, my plate was empty. I agree that I could have taken food from the self service buffet counter, but this is Carnivore, and I am here for the meat. Didnt recall such experience when the outlet was still at CHIJMES. Wonder if I am experiencing this because it was a 50% promotion.
