CYAN Modern Kitchen is the all-day dining / buffet restaurant at Lanson Place Mall of Asia.
They offer modern takes on international classics — Western, Japanese, Indian, Chinese — all prepared with fresh, seasonal, sustainable ingredients.
It’s designed to be stylish, comfortable, and with views over Manila Bay.

A:
Location: 3rd Floor, Bay Wing, Lanson Place Mall of Asia
Hours: Open daily from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Lunch buffet: 12:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Pre-dinner cocktail / lighter buffet window: 5:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
Outside buffet periods, they serve à la carte fare.
Q: Do I need to reserve a table, or can I just walk in?
A:
You can walk in, especially during non-peak hours.
But for group bookings (6 or more people), CYAN requires a non-refundable deposit of 50% to secure your reservation.
Also, your reservation is held for up to 15 minutes — after that, it may be released.

We had a wonderful dining experience at Cyan Restaurant in Lanson Place, and we'd like to extend our appreciation to Ms. Laura for her warm, cheerful, and enthusiastic welcome. Her positive attitude immediately made us feel comfortable and set the tone for an enjoyable meal. While the buffet selection may not be as extensive as some larger restaurants, the quality of the food more than makes up for it. Every dish we tried was well-prepared and flavorful. There were excellent options available, including seafood, chicken, pork, and beef, providing enough variety to satisfy different preferences. The roast beef was particularly impressive—tender, juicy, and cooked perfectly. The grilled fish was another standout dish, fresh and expertly prepared with great flavor. What Cyan Restaurant may lack in quantity of choices, it certainly delivers in quality, presentation, and overall dining experience. Combined with the excellent service, it made for a memorable visit. Thank you again to Ms. Laura and the entire team for the exceptional hospitality. We will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend Cyan Restaurant to anyone looking for a quality dining experience in Manila.

kung may 10 stars para sa Cyan, yun ang ire-rate ko. GRABE AT SUPERB ang service at warmth ng mga employees sa CYAN. Pati food, Wala ako masabi. Ambiance, napakaganda. Shoutout sa napaka jolly na si Ms. Nora! I remember you from my 2nd visit kaya nag Hi! po ako sayo kanina. Napakasaya nyo po kausap. ❤️ I will always go back to Cyan.

If you’re after endless options, this might not be it, but if you care about food that actually tastes good, this hits. Everything we had was legit. Service was sharp and the space felt calm, not chaotic like most buffets. They even surprised us with a cake since we were celebrating our anniversary, which was a really thoughtful touch. Low-key enjoyed this more than expected.
