Very disappointing experience. We arrived on time for our reservation, only to be told that the restaurant was not ready to serve us because of a water shortage. If they knew about this problem, they should have informed customers at least one hour in advance instead of letting us make the trip. Even worse, there was no apology, no compensation, and no gesture of goodwill to disappointed customers. It showed a lack of professionalism and respect, especially toward Eatigo customers. I have always had excellent experiences with Eatigo, but unfortunately this restaurant has left us with a very bad memory. I hope both the restaurant and Eatigo will ensure this does not happen to other customers.
