This was our worst Shi Lin experience so far. Most of the main dishes were unavailable, we received the wrong order despite the restaurant not being busy, and the staff were unaccommodating. I didn’t want to ruin the mood, especially since I had just given birth and was hoping for a decent meal.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service we received at your restaurant today, especially since we came to celebrate my wife’s birthday. We had high expectations, but unfortunately, our experience was far from enjoyable. We used Eatigo for a 50% discount, and it seemed like that might have led to an inconvenient series of events. After ordering, the server repeatedly came back to inform us that multiple items – including braised beef noodles, sweet and sour pork, fried squid, and fried chicken – were unavailable. This happened several times, and we were left feeling frustrated and confused. What made it even worse was seeing another table being served the braised beef noodles we had ordered. It’s hard not to feel like the unavailability of these items was more than just a coincidence, and it’s incredibly frustrating to feel like our order was treated differently simply because we used a discount. This was supposed to be a special occasion, and instead, it turned into a disappointing and frustrating experience. I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously, as it has left us questioning whether we’ll return in the future.

First time is to this restaurant,all I can say is our tummy was so happy🫶 except the boy na waiter na kinuha yung lagayan ng shomai na basket na Wala man lang "excuse" na halos masagi na sa ulo namin kasi kumakain kami. The rest kudos doon kay ate na opening na nag assist sa amin at sa chief na nagprepare ng foods. babalik ulit kami. Thank you EATIGO💪

Their Spicy Spare ribs was so chewy that we were unable to eat it at all almost the whole order went to waste. They didn't even offer to cancel it. They did not inform us while ordering that left over can't be taken away. I discussed it with the lady but she said that she still told us prior serving the food but it was too late. the order were made and how many minutes have passed.
