good food, good service! will go back

Restaurant offers good prices on their food; but disappointed with the quality of food at the Rockwell branch. All dishes was served cold except the dimsums. I had tried Shi Lin at other branches but never had the same experience.

I didn't expect too much, but so great !!!!!

Dined at Shi Lin – Power Plant Mall and had a very disappointing experience due to a price mismatch and poor handling of the promotion. While the Eatigo discount was applied, the final bill was still unreasonably high, and what made it worse was the inconsistent explanations from the staff regarding how the promotion would work once two more people joined our table. Different answers were given, which caused confusion and frustration. Most of the staff were accommodating and polite, and I appreciate their effort. However, one of the managers or whatever the hell she was (a small lady) was extremely sarcastic and rude when we calmly and respectfully asked for clarification about the bill. She asked us “Hindi po ba kayo kumain???” As an attempt to justify the high bill In a very condescending way when we were just simply trying to understand the charges, yet her tone and attitude were very unprofessional and dismissive. For me lang ha, wag na kayo kumain dito.

Ambience is very nice. Will be given prime seat when available. Clean tables. Attentive and very nice staff. Wish all branches are like this.

The food is good but service is poor. Had to follow up atleast twice for requests and orders before being served. I also had to cancel one order after many follow up.

I liked how accomodating the servers were and helpful! the ambience of the place is nice and will surely return!

Disappointing Experience Disappointing and Inconsistent Experience ⭐⭐☆☆☆ While the staff at Shi Lin in Power Plant Mall were accommodating, the overall experience left much to be desired. 1. Eatigo Discount Policy: The 50% discount was only valid for 30 minutes, which felt rushed and unreasonable. I’ve never encountered this kind of arrangement with Eatigo before, making me question its legitimacy. This policy alone greatly impacted our dining experience. 2. Unavailable Items: We were informed that deep-fried dishes were not available due to a broken fryer, yet customers who came after us were served fried foods. This inconsistency was both confusing and frustrating. To make matters worse, most of the vegetable dishes were unavailable—only 2 out of 6 options were being served. These issues, combined with the lack of transparency and inconsistent service, make it hard to recommend this branch. Sadly, this experience has cemented my decision not to return.
